We offer our clients a F&I development and sales training pathway to success. Our Game Plan is a three-step process designed to help your dealership implement a unique F&I sales plan that will increase your profits.
The first step is an In-Store Evaluation. During this evaluation, we’ll go through your performance history, look at your current sales process and compensation plans, talk to your personnel, and figure out exactly where your current strengths and weaknesses are so we can offer you a comprehensive and effective F&I consulting experience.
The second step is what we call The Playbook, where we work on F&I development. This step includes creating a sales method and a unique F&I process for your dealership, determining the roles of your sales staff within these processes, setting performance standards, and deciding on a plan for compensation.
The final step is Moving the Chains. We’ll help you to execute the new plans you’ve put in places, stretch your goals even further, spend time one-on-one coaching your employees with our F&I sales training expertise. This includes teaching them about “playing by the rules”, and reviewing their overall performance.
